Scope before code
The first artifact is a page someone can disagree with. Building starts when that page is settled.
Avo the Developer
WordPress sites, Django and Next.js apps, iOS and Android applications, and the API work that connects them. Scope first, then the build, then a handover you can run without us in the room.

The work
We do not sell a stack and then look for a problem that fits it.
Accounts, workflows, and the screens people actually use.
iOS and Android apps for the stores people already have on their phones.
A site your team can edit, built for the job rather than pulled off a shelf.
Business rules, accounts, and an admin that does not depend on a pile of plugins.
Web apps and content sites on a stack we use for our own work.
Two systems that already exist, connected through a documented API.

Which stack
A comparison table of speed scores is not a decision. This is.
How it goes
01
What the business does, who uses the thing, and what already exists. No forty-field questionnaire.
02
A short written list: included, left out, and what the first version has to do. The date comes after that, not before.
03
Working software in slices you can click. The reveal is not saved for the last week.
04
Repository, hosting in your name, and a note on what to click when we are not in the room.
05
Optional monthly time for fixes and small changes. It is agreed, not a silent subscription.
What we will not pretend
The first artifact is a page someone can disagree with. Building starts when that page is settled.
WordPress when you edit the words. Next.js for a product front or a fast site. Django when there are accounts and rules. A phone app when it has to live on iOS and Android. An integration when two systems are already there.
We do not promise a launch week before we have seen the work. The date is part of the scope.

A few sentences and the address of whatever exists today is enough to start. reCAPTCHA checks the form. Brevo carries the note to the studio inbox.
